After many phone calls, and number crunching, and paper passing, we got the email that said we are preapproved for a home loan.
Now we are just waiting for our tax refund, and for our hearts to agree (cheesy, yes, but that is where I am at in this process) to proceed forward.
It is exciting, and bittersweet.
