Run

It is the magical hour right now.  Ryker is doing quiet time and Kiplin and Jovie are both sleeping.  After a busy morning - getting all the laundry done, and then going to Target to buy diapers and wipes for Jovie in preparation for me being at work the next three days (gotta make sure Paul is all set with clean clothes, towels, diaper and wipes) this little smidge of "me time" is welcomed.  While there are currently clothes that could be folded, there are always clothes that can be folded - I am soaking up my time.

Last night I strapped Jovie's carseat into our double jogging stroller/bike trailer.  The Loprinzi girls went for a 30 minute run, while the boys were at home sleeping (Ryk & Kip) and working (Paul).  I am super mega sore today, but so excited that I thought to jimmy-rig her carseat in there so I could go running with her.  This was the start of an everyday occurrence now!  There is something so special to me about going running with my kids, I LOVE it, even if they are asleep the whole time.  After my run Jovie did some tummy time - nights are perfect for this because I dont' have to worry about the giant baby falling on her.

It looks so funny to see her in her tummy time action.  She is so little, so it is funny to see her dig her little knees and feet into the floor and scootch herself forward.  She is getting amazingly strong!

Today I did a gazillion loads of laundry and then took the three little loves to Target.  We had to buy Jovie diapers and wipes.  Normally I'd put off laundry, and plan a Target trip for 7:30pm once the boys are in bed but now that I am officially a "working mom" I had to just dig in and get stuff done.  The Target trip was a poop-fest.  Literally.  We were only in the store for less than 30 minutes, I was rushing to avoid a melt down because of nap time approaching.  In this short time, all three kids had to poop.  Seriously.  Why this couldn't of happened at home, or why all three of them had to is just...craziness.  The Loprinzi kids left their stench in the ladies restroom at Target.

But now Paul is all set with diapers, wipes and clean clothes.  This is essential because tomorrow I go back to work - three days in a row.  Wish Paul luck or at least the ability to be a baby whisperer, as he will take on our three little loves solo.

Speaking of our three little loves, here is what they have been up to...

Playing outside, they play so well together (most of the time).  They are really becoming really good buddies, and I love it.

Kip does this funny "O-mouth," as if the car will propel forward faster if he opens his mouth to do so.

Jovie just loves sitting in her bouncy seat under the tree, watching her crazy brother run around.

Ryker is super fascinated with bugs.  He found an ant colony, and goodness he was mesmerized.

 He loves her.
