Mama and her boys

Date day with my boys.  Despicable Me 2.

Obligatory picture in the van before we went in.  You can tell R was just so thrilled.  "Hurry up mom, we're going to miss the beginning."

So I said "We can go in as soon as we pretend to look happy first, for a picture."  They chirped up really quick, and so we went in.

Noteworthy, it was K's very first movie at the theaters.  He only asked to get up and play on the stairs 5 times, which for a 90 minute movie was good for an almost 4 year old.  Thankfully the movie had been out in the theater for a while now, and so aside from the 3 gray-haired couples watching the movie, and that other family with two boys similarly aged as mine it was fine that K ran up and down the stairs a bit.

They have already made plans for a movie date.  Next hit - Planes.  The verdict is still out whether or not P or I will be the one to take them.

While I was out on date day with the boys, P was out with our favorite little gal.  P reported sweet J went on a trip to DQ, followed by running in the trails, then jumping on the trampoline, and finally a long bubble bath.
