Tree

Our first tree, planted in our first yard.

It is puny, and sad looking.

But it was free.

and with some tlc maybe it'll get a second wind.

If not, I'm making P dig it up, because it was a ton of work planting it.

Our planting process went like this...mama jumping on the shovel to attempt to dig deeper in the hard as a rock clay dirt, while three kiddos fill the hole with potting soil.  It took twice as long as it would have it I did it myself, but they had fun.
