bullet points of 2014

Our year was full.  It always is.  We choose for it to be that way.  It is chaos and messy at times, but that is what makes it all so very beautiful.

Highlights of 2014:

January -

• Snow, lots and lots of snow
• Journey to the final 4th Loprinzi's gender - GIRL!!
• Date day for P+K - Louisville Slugger museum and a fancy lunch

February - April

• Jovie Reese turned 3 on 2.21.14
• Scary tornado warnings/watches happened a lot this month
• Paul applies for jobs
• Cramming in clinical hours for my FNP program while pregnant
• Kristina Working WOW nights as a RN

May -

• Mom comes to visit
• Joe and Andrea come to visit
• Ryker has his last day of 1st grade on 5/30, Paul and him go to the outdoor festivities while I was home in active labor
• Hello Hartley Lane, 5.31.14 at 4:00am, 7#3oz of beauty.

June -

• Jen comes to visit
• We drive to Mississippi to decide about Paul's job offer
• Put our first house on the market - the yellow house in the country

July -

• Multiple house showings
• Accepted offer on our house
• Make all the plans to move to Mississippi

August -

• Close on our house in Kentucky on 8/21/14
• Kip turned 5, 8/21/14
• Celebrated 9 years of marriage on 8/20/14 by packing up our first home
• Drive from KY to MS 8/21/14 - 8/2/14
• Life in random hotels, in 3 different states, for 7 days, with 4 kids…lots of swimming, minimal sleep
• Paul starts his first day of work at Ole Miss while we are living in hotels
• Kristina graduates - MSN

September -

• Close on our new house in Mississippi
• Ryker starts 2nd grade, a month late, at a new school
• Passed boards - Kristina Loprinzi, FNP-C

October -

• Ryker's 8th birthday,
• Influenza A takes over our house
• Interviews x3 for Kristina, accepted job offer as an NP
• Swim lessons for the kiddos

November -

• I Started work as a FNP
• Chronically sick family

December -

• Paul turns 32
• First Christmas in Mississippi
